Heading up to Allentown tomorrow for sanctity of life Sunday at IRBC. Actually I’m really going up to get to know an abolitionist family I’ve been working with lately, and hang out more with Allen and Liz and the kids. It just so happens that it’s SOHLS, so we’re gonna take the chance to minister together a bit.
One of the things I’ve been wrestling with lately is being perceived as a crazy person; I’m still getting used to the thought thay my reputation may need to be sacrificed for the cause of Christ. He did it for me of course, so it’s entirely expected, just not pleasant. But are we crazy? Really? Or are we perhaps the most sane people in the country?
Tomorrow will be tough because I need to convince people of a different truth, the truth surrounding peppermint muddy buddies. Chocolate, peanut butter, and candy canes. Is it crazy? Really? Or is it the most delicious chex mix concocted on this side of eternity?
Time will tell…
